THE EPIPHANY PROJECT

The Epiphany Project currently meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 5:30-7:00pm. The curriculum used for The Epiphany Project is adapted from When Words Heal: Writing Through Cancer (Bray, 2006). The Epiphany Project is open enrollment and open-ended resulting from the unpredictability that cancer brings in each individual’s life. However, using the curriculum as a framework for implementing the program, participants experience a different group session each meeting and are recognized for their completed work every quarter at the Sharing Night. The Epiphany Project participants gather on the occasional month with five Tuesdays for a special Sharing Night on that fifth Tuesday. Everyone in the Cancer Wellness House community is invited to the Sharing Night and everyone is invited to participate as a presenter or an observer. Details of each Sharing Night are published in the CWH weekly email newsletter in advance of the meeting. The Sharing Night program agenda is set by those in the group and the group facilitator.
