The Cancer Wellness House is proud to have won the award of "Cancer Facility of the Year" in 2005 from the Department of Health. Thanks to your support, unique programs provide free resources to children and adults affected by cancer, regardless of their financial ability to pay. A variety of classes, workshops, groups, and events allow people with cancer to participate in what they feel best supports their individual quest for recovery and enhances their quality of life during cancer treatment.

The scope and content of services is determined by the Cancer Wellness House Board of Directors and staff who have great expertise in the cancer field, many of them being cancer survivors themselves. Financial and personal contributions to the Cancer Wellness House are received daily from Foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, personal donations, memorial contributions, special event pledges, in-kind donations and services, donated materials and supplies from our Wish List, repair and maintenance services, professional services, and countless volunteer hours.
