Thanks to the efforts of countless volunteers, a program was created, a building was restored, and the Cancer Wellness House was blessed. That initial spirit of giving has continued over the years allowing Cancer Wellness House to respond to the increasing demand for support services for patients and their families. Staff unanimously agree that "the contribution of volunteers is critical to the quality and quantity of services Cancer Wellness House is able to provide." The following volunteers offer free services to CWH families each year:
· Licensed clinical social workers and psychologists
· Professionals with an expertise in oncology
 · Specialists in allied health fields
and complementary therapeutic
techniques
· Enthusiasts with a variety of skills
help plan special events
· Service Groups that help with yard
care and house maintenance, well as
seasonal parties and programs
· Individuals offering refreshments, office help, and program support
· Students and interns from local colleges and high schools
The Cancer Wellness House is looking for a Handy Man if you have the skills and the time please feel free to contact the CWH.
