  • LEAD (Leadership Enhancement and Development) endowment awarded

2003

  • Jill Angerbauer named Executive Director of Cancer Wellness House
  • Grounds developed to include Children's Garden in memorial of Amy Tuck
  • Helping Kids and Teens Cope program established through grants from Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Intermountain Healthcare Foundation

2004

  • Property renovated to include Yoga Studio

2005

  • Last Kings Peak Survivors Trek
  • Cancer Wellness House received Cancer Organization of the Year by the Utah Department of Health

2006

  • $40,000 donation by James Sorenson
  • Special Events CUFF Cancer (Cops United for Fighting Cancer) established by the Deputy Sherriff's Federation

2007

  • Katie Porter named Executive Director of Cancer Wellness house
  • Children's Cottage completed and dedicated
  • Cancer Wellness House celebrates its 10th Anniversary

2008

  • Membership growth through increase outreach efforts
