KIDS AND TEEN CLUB

Kids Club and Teen Club is CWH's program for children and teens that have been affected by a diagnosis of cancer. It is a play space where kids can meet other kids who share a similar experience and where they can find the support they need.
Who Can Join Kids Club and Teen Club are open to children and teens who:
- Have been diagnosedwith cancer.
- Have a parent or loved one who is living with cancer
- Are grieving the death of a loved one from cancer.
How To Join If your child has been touched by cancer, joining CWH is easy. Just call (801) 236-2294 and speak with a Cancer Wellness House Representative. They will let you know about the current program, help you through the membership process and answer and questions you may have.
THE PROGRAM
 KIDS CLUB, held monthly on a Saturday, offers fun activities including arts and crafts, drama,games and more for children ages 5-11. Supervised by licensed professionals, Kids Club provides a safe environment for kids to share their feelings and build support. Every three months, kids participate in a Kids Retreat where they rour a cancer facility and visit a fun destination such as Red Butte Gardens or the Tracey Aviary. Retreats- 1st Saturday of each month, 11:00-1:30

TEEN CLUB, held once a month, this group for teens ages 13-18, offers a time for teens living with a loved one with cancer to socialize and share in their experiences. Activities include bowling, rock climbing, ice skating, pumpkin carving and more. Activities are supervised by social workers. Day varies month to month, 7:00-8:30 p.m.
In addition to Kids Club and Teen Club, CWH offers many special events for kids and their families throughout the year, including our annual Easter Party, annual Halloween Carnival and Holiday Social.
